Do you enjoy dealing with people and interested in supply chain? Can you imagine working for an innovative and unique platform? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and communicative support for our sales team as soon as possible.
This leads to these tasks in detail:
- Independent handling of all secretarial tasks, also in English
- Processing of internal and external inquiries
- Regular updating of the administration pages on the intranet
- Collaboration in the area of personnel development
- Preparing accounting.
The following skills will support you in delivering the above:
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or degree
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, in German and English
- Routine handling of MS Office programs
- Hands on mentality, with own initiative and solution-oriented action
- Independence, organizational talent, flexibility - both in terms of time and content (childcare time is of course fully respected)
- Care and reliability
- High level of social skills.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and communicative support for our sales team as soon as possible.

- You contribute significantly and independently to the growth of our company.
- You lead the customers, from first contact, condition negotiations, through to completion.
- You are eager to be with our customers, working from anywhere
- You have an engaging character and transfer your enthusiasm to your counterpart
- You are up to date on changes and opportunities in the market
- You see yourself as an interface and mediate between your customers and the operations team.
The following skills will support you in delivering the above:
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or degree.
- Initial sales experience is an advantage, but not a must, as we also welcome newcomers and career changers with very good language skills in German and English
- You are an open-minded, sociable and communicative personality with an interest in logistics.
- You like to work flexibly in terms of time and you are excited to work with customers in different time-zones
- You are skilled in handling modern software applications and you have the confidence to learn new tools.
- A high level of self-motivation, an independent, proactive and reliable way of working as well as an analytical understanding round off your profile.
